Mark Putnam

Mark has almost 30 years experience in the salon industry. A extremely gifted stylist, colorist and passionate business owner, he generously shares his time and his knowledge with up and coming stylist through several educational programs, some of which he himself designed. Mark is also very active as a freelance artist for editorial and commercial shoots and has served as artistic director and spokesperson for several international hair care brands.

Mark has built a stellar reputation inside and out of the salon industry. More outwardly he is known as the go-to guy for almost every serious photo shoot that takes place in the Northwest (from WWD to Portland Monthly and Portland Bride and Groom to Nike, Adidas and Jansen Swimwear).  And at the national level, Mark’s work has been published in Vogue, W, Jane, Elle, Elle Girl, SEVENTEEN and Brides. In the industry, he has been acknowledged as a 5-time finalist and 2-time NAHA winner.
